Facilitation aims to find the wisdom of the team. We create a forum where team team synergy leads to action. 

Strategic planning starts with a clear mission. Then we create a long term vision and explore the hurdles to achieving that vision. Finally, we create action plans to  overcome the hurdles.  

Teams work best when collaboration is built on diversity, synergy, and action.  We  don't run outdoor team bonding exercises. Instead, we create business simulations that demonstrate aspects of leadership, communication, delegation, team roles and more.
